Sunrise Small Houses arrive with fully-installed full-sized bathroom and kitchenette. All the internal plumbing, waterproofing and electrical wirings are done for you!
Sunrise Small Houses can be folded into 6 sqm blocks for international and domestic transportation.
Once on site, Sunrise Small Houses can be expanded by 2-4 people into a 20 sqm house. Just follow our instruction manual to move and secure all the panels!
Sunrise Small Houses are fully insulated with R2.5 insulation walls and ceilings. All the windows are double-glazed on aluminium frame. Option to choose different colour and material and to include furniture and appliances.

Sunrise Small Houses on wheels are manufactured to comply wit the Motor Vehicles Act 1989. They are registerable and towable using 4wd SUVs.
